"Fireflies" is the first single by American synthpop musical project, Owl City from the Ocean Eyes album, released in July 2009. Matt Thiessen, singer from Relient K is featured as a guest vocalist in the song. The single has attained worldwide success, topping the charts in the United States, Australia, Denmark, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
